Work continues at the 10,000 square foot commercial office/lab addition to 574 Hanlon Creek Blvd. in Guelph. The foundation is the most critical component of any new build project, and mistakes at the foundation stage will have far reaching impacts later in construction. Due to tight site access, a long retaining wall at the future loading dock and a large number of piers – concrete pump and conveyer trucks were required at different points during the foundation pour.
