Base building is progressing well at 30 Bett Court in Guelph for our client ZCS Labs.
In anticipation of concrete floor slab being poured this week; all in-ground plumbing, radon mitigation and electrical have been placed and clear stone graded.
At the same time roofing insulation is being delivered and craned to roof deck.
We are happy to announce that ZCS has further entrusted us to complete the interior leasehold improvements for their new office. Stay tuned for updates on that!
